These garlic chili noodles are sure to satisfy any take-out craving you might have, and they are super easy and quick to whip up! One of my favorite restaurants that was Mediterranean and Indian inspired used to serve them, but they closed a few years ago. I don’t know why it took me so long to make them at home, but they’ll be a regular from now on!
Start by making the sauce. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, cilantro, scallions and garlic powder. Whisk it all together and set it aside.
Now that your sauce is ready, all you have to do is cook your pasta and then toss it with the sauce. Be sure to add the turmeric to your water before you add the pasta! Don’t leave this ingredient out — it adds flavor and color to your pasta. Plus, turmeric has great health benefits — too many too get into in this post, but let’s just say it’s really good for you! And this is a great way to try it out without it being overpowering.
Once you’ve cooked your pasta according to the package directions, drain it.
Next, just add your sauce to the pasta and toss well to coat.
Serve this warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
